I have visited this exhibit at the Art Institute twice already. It spans many eras in art from ancient times to present. I am particularly interested in the tapestries, bedspreads, book covers and wallpaper of the Arts & Crafts movement, most of which came out of the William Morris Company. The depictions from this particular gallery are mostly grape and harvest motifs and only allude to wine, but interesting nonetheless. The exhibit is up until September 20th.Sunday, August 30, 2009
